LaTeX Area
dvdcoll.cls
dvdcoll.cls
is a LaTeX class for creating an overview document of
your DVD collection. Beside the standard data the class
offers support for seasons of tv series.
pdfcomment.sty
The LaTeX style
pdfcomment.sty
is a simple and user-friendly interface to pdf
annotations in PDF files. Therefore, it is possible to
insert comments in your documents, e.g. if several
authors work on the same document.
The softmakerfreefont project
The
softmakerfreefont project offers LaTeX support
files for fonts, which are available at
www.freefont.de for free
download.
MiKTeX update shell script miktex_update
(bash/Cygwin)
With this
script
you can hold an existing MiKTeX installation
up-to-date. Therefore the script syncronizes a local
repository with CTAN or connect to a MiKTeX online
repository and updates the installed packages
afterwards. After that new packages are installed. In
the end you have a complete up-to-date MiKTeX
installation.
Font installation shell script installfont
(bash/Cygwin)
With this
script
you can install a LaTeX font family
(Postscript Type1, Truetype, Opentype). It supports
font series from light to ultra bold + (faked) small caps
+ faked slanted, but no expert fonts. The script will
rename the fonts automatically (optinal) or will otherwise
expect *.afm files and the font files (in Postscript
Type1 format!) named in the Karl Berry scheme
(e.g. 5nar8a.pfb). After running the script, you should
have a working font installation in your local TeX tree.
CTAN upload shell script ctan_upload (bash/Cygwin)
With this
script you can create a zip
file, which corresponds with the guidelines of the CTAN
team. It is setting file privileges and zipping the
subdirectories
CTAN and
TDS
(optional). So it supports different directory
structures. You simply call it with:
ctan_upload
PACKAGENAME.
